Welcome to Whats Her Buckets Cookies! This page is your one-stop resource for answers about cookie classes, custom orders, pick-ups, fees, refunds, and what happens if plans change. Our goal is to be clear, fair, and sweet—just like our cookies.

Cookie Decorating Classes

Registration & Tickets

  • Tickets are required to attend and are available until the posted sales deadline or until the class sells out.

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Classes are designed for beginners unless otherwise noted—no prior experience needed.

Private Classes & Group Requirements

  • Private cookie decorating classes require a minimum of 8 participants.

  • Private parties, team events, and celebrations are welcome.

What’s Included

  • Pre-baked cookies, royal icing, tools, instruction, and a great time.

  • Access to a class webpage after the event with helpful resources (icing recipe, tool links, and tips so you can recreate the set at home).

Start Times

  • Please arrive on time. Some classes include a meal or potluck before decorating (details listed on the class page).

  • Decorating typically begins shortly after the posted start time.

Cancellations, Transfers & Illness

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest with advance notice.

  • Illness: If illness prevents you from attending, please notify us as soon as possible. While tickets remain non-refundable, we are happy to transfer your spot to another guest or a future class when notice is given in advance.

  • No-shows or early departures do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Pick‑Up, Delivery & Fees

Free Home Pick‑Up (Snohomish)

  • Free pick-up is available from our home location in Snohomish, WA during the scheduled pick-up window provided with your order confirmation.

Alternate Meet-Ups & Delivery

  • Delivery within 20 miles is available for a $30 fee, based on availability.

  • Requests to meet at an alternate location or outside the delivery radius may incur additional fees depending on distance, timing, and travel requirements.

  • All meet-up and delivery fees will be quoted and approved in advance prior to scheduling.

Pick-Up Windows

  • Orders must be picked up during the scheduled window.

  • Please arrive on time and bring your order confirmation.

Late or Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited without refund due to food safety and scheduling constraints.

Custom Cookie Orders

Booking Window & Rush Orders

  • A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for custom cookie orders.

  • Orders requested with less than 2 weeks’ notice may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a $45 rush fee.

Order Confirmation

  • Your date is not confirmed until all order details are received and the deposit is paid.

  • We are currently booking for 2025, and dates are limited.

Payment Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to reserve your date.

  • The remaining balance is due 2 days before scheduled pick-up or delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods include Square, PayPal, Venmo, or cash.

Cancellations & Illness

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Illness: If illness prevents you from moving forward with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. When notice is provided before production begins, we may offer a one-time date transfer or account credit at our discretion.

  • Refunds after final payment are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.

DIY Cookie Kits

  • DIY kits are pre-made and non-customizable.

  • Kits are pick-up only on the dates listed—no shipping or delivery.

  • Due to the nature of these items, no refunds are available once prepared.

Refund Policy (Quick Reference)

  • Cookie Classes: Non‑refundable.

  • Custom Orders: Deposits are non‑refundable. Final payments are due 2 days before pick‑up.

  • DIY Kits: Non‑refundable.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Forfeited after 24 hours.

Food Safety & Allergens

  • Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy.

  • We cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment.

Communication

  • Order confirmations and pick‑up details are sent via email or message.

  • A courtesy reminder may be sent on the day of pick‑up or class.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to read all communications.
